Diesel generator is a kind of small power generation equipment, refers to the diesel fuel, etc. as the fuel, the diesel engine as the engine to drive the generator power generation power machinery. The whole set is generally composed of diesel engine, generator, control box, fuel tank, starting and control battery, protection device, emergency cabinet and other components.
It can be used in various households, offices, small, medium and large enterprises for daily power generation and emergency power generation.
The basic structure of diesel generator is composed of diesel engine and generator, and the diesel engine is used to drive the generator to generate electricity.
The basic structure of diesel engine: consists of cylinder, piston, cylinder head, intake valve, exhaust valve, piston pin, connecting rod, crankshaft, bearing and flywheel and other components. Diesel generator diesel engine is generally a single-cylinder or multi-cylinder four-stroke diesel engine, single-cylinder four-stroke diesel engine working basic principle: diesel engine start is through human or other power to turn the diesel engine crankshaft so that the piston in the top of the closed cylinder for up and down reciprocating motion. Piston in motion to complete four strokes: intake stroke, compression stroke, combustion and work (expansion) stroke and exhaust stroke. When the piston from the top downward movement of the intake valve open, the air filter filtered by the fresh air into the cylinder to complete the intake stroke. Piston movement from the bottom up, into the exhaust door are closed, the air is compressed, the temperature and pressure increase, complete the compression process. The piston will reach the apex, the fuel injector to filter the fuel to mist into the combustion chamber and high temperature and high pressure air mixture immediately on fire, the formation of high pressure to push the piston down the work, push the crankshaft rotation, to complete the work stroke. After the work stroke is finished, the piston moves upward from the bottom, the exhaust valve opens exhaust, completing the exhaust stroke. Each stroke crankshaft rotation of half a turn. After several working cycles, the diesel engine gradually accelerates into work under the inertia of the flywheel.
